Marketplace Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: 7 North, Carlisle, CA5 7LX
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
The Role
Reporting to our Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our listings to optimise the sales and profitability of our products on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
You will be a key problem solver in an ambitious ecommerce business with exciting plans for growth and market expansion.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Product Development Manager and working closely with the wider team, your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Manage issue identification and rectify issues with the Amazon seller support team related to listings, brand management, account health and fees.
Implement changes to listings to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Collaborate with multiple departments (marketing, product, warehousing) to resolve marketplace issues.
Monitor and analyse platform and listings data to identifying trends sharing findings with the wider team.
What We’re Looking for – Essential Requirements
This role is transferrable for someone already in an administrative role.
Highly detail-oriented, organised, and efficient
Reliable and self-motivated with strong self-direction and initiative.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across all business areas.
Positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to deal with moving priorities, allocate resources and meet quick deadlines.
What We’re Looking for – Desirable
Degree level education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or related work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience using Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platform management tools.
Proven data management and analytical skills with a track record of digging into data, and finding solutions. Proficient in Excel.
